Happy Gathering With Ex-colleagues

Nothing much to share tonight, just went for a gathering dinner with my ex-colleagues at Winter Warmers, Queensbay. I didn't see them for such a long time, since my last working day in LKT or SAM, 2 years ago? Oppppsssss...... time flies!!! Miss them very much ^^ Refresh my working memories with them when meeting each of them..... feel great and happy! Hope more gathering is coming soon~ Good night ^^

My Italian Legend

I love this Italian dessert and I hope to make it by my own ^^ It seems so easy with it's simple ingredients but the steps to make a very successful outcome with the best texture is definitely NOT EASY. It takes time to learn to make a better one compared with the previous outcome >.< 

Although it's quite challenging to me, but I will never give up and will continue trying it when I free. Target is to make the best Italian Legend with the best texture ^^ Gambateh! 

Today's Italian Legend is special with my caramel sauce ^^ Yummy~ Still the same, texture is still not perfect yet...... will try again soon. 

Lunch At Moon Tree & Dinner At Traffic

Specially thanks Nicole for accompany and fetched me for lunch today~ We choose to have our lunch together at Moon Tree this afternoon but in fact they only serve breakfast at the moment, according to the guy who served us >.< He said the portion of the breakfast should be enough for our lunch if we don't mind it's breakfast...... and we tried their breakfast.

The environment there is nice, peaceful & relax~ I think it's a good environment to calm down the mind and have a good rest, especially reading a book while having a cup of coffee or chocolate drinks.... Or chatting with family & friends *Imagine* ^^ 

Their menu concept is using recycle cereal box, it's the idea or it's because of the cost? *Wondering* Anyway, if it's the recycle art idea, looks not bad but more creativity can be added in so that the menu can be creative with the recycle & art ideas. Due to the breakfast menu is quite limited, so both of us just ordered 2 sets of their breakfast (Omelette & farm styled breakfast set) and a chocolate drinks for sharing~ 

Hehe! May be the guy thought that their breakfast portion just nice for these 2 girls as lunch but in fact he never know that we eat a lot! The portion of the breakfast sets are too little for our lunch >.< Oh ya, we tried their cheese cake as well, the dessert for our day ^^ Overall, the breakfast is not bad, cheese cake is quite nice but it will be better with stronger cheesy taste~

At night, I went to Traffic (Kitchen | Bar | Music Room) with my colleagues after working hours, 4 of us bought the groupon dinner set. It's my first time been to this place and it's better and not as what I think before this ^^ It's quite a good environment for chilling with friends or relax..... listen to the music by the singer..... drinking or having the dinner set, feel good~ The salmon set is not bad, quite nice compared with the others set~ Perhaps next gathering is coming soon ^^

Just back from hometown to Penang, miss home miss family >.< You will never get everything as you wish, you have to measure it from time to time, make your decisions and choose the one in your core values. Thanks for my family's understanding and thanks for everything with me~

Dropped by Bukit Tambun just now and had dinner with dear at a seafood restaurant which I wanted to go few months ago, Cia Xiang Restaurant~ Finally~ From it's billboard, from the magazine, I know it's famous with it's Crab Rice......

Just 2 of us tonight, nothing much to order but ended up very full because of the portion ^^ Haha! We ordered one of our favourite drinks "Umbra", fried Kai Lan vegetable, Lime Steamed "Kappa" (One of the seashell species) & their famous Claypot Crab Rice.

I love the Lime "Kappa"! Taste special & yummy with it's lime taste and the fresh Kappa. I believed you will love it too if you like seashell food ^^ For the claypot crab rice, I like the speciality of the rice because it mix with a lot of fried onions, as well as the fresh crabs of the night. The crab rice is for 2 pax but I think it's too big for 2 of us, somemore we ordered 2 more dishes...... So, I think the rice for 2 pax is just nice for 3-4 people sharing ^^ 

Overall, the dinner is not bad, but I still prefer steamed crab or fried crab with variety of flavours instead of cooking it with rice like this....... *Personal Favourite* Should try out if you never eat the Claypot Crab Rice ^^

Just Mingz and I at home today and we planned to go for drinks at Starbucks, one of our favourite places for drinks. I love to go Starbucks with him, may be because we love Starbucks together.... Haha! We were enjoyed our moments just now, chatting, drinking & sharing our dreams~

We tried their new Summer Indulgence, Dark Mocha White Chocolate Pudding & Green Tea White Chocolate Pudding. It's nice! We love it! Especially the bro, he loves the Green Tea very much! It's nice and it's special with it's White Chocolate Pudding..... Support~

Gathering With Venus At Jose & Deli Eatery & Tea Time At Bread Espresso Dessert

I dropped by Ipoh for shopping, visiting and meet up with my friend, Venus before going back to my home sweet home ^^ Went to buy battery and chicken essences for my grandmothers before meet up with my friend. I know Venus few months ago during a Make Up tutorial..... So happy to know her ^^ We met up after few months time and she brought me for a wonderful lunch and we had a wonderful tea time together too. Happy Sharing of Life and Girls' Stories. I enjoyed the moments with her. 

Okay, let's introduce the places we had our lunch and tea. Recently, there are a lot of restaurants and cafes open in Ipoh and I haven't get the chance to try out yet. Specially thanks to Venus.... You really cheer up my day~

We had our lunch together at Jose & Deli Eatery which located inside French Hotel. The environment of the bistro is unique and nice, comfortable yet stylish. I like the overall design ^^ There are selling some food stuffs and art & craft items as well which display near the entrance of the bistro. Looks special~ 

We ordered a set lunch of grilled chicken with their special sauce, Spicy Aglio Olio & a peach drinks (I forgot it's name >.<) The chicken and the Aglio Olio taste good & the drinks really special to me especially the mixture of the peach and some lime texture *Like* We had our lunch and girls sharing moments at a good environment's bistro. Enjoy~

After the full lunch, Venus brought me to a new cafe in town for tea time, Bread Espresso Dessert. The environment is simple and comfortable. They serve mainly on drinks and some bread & desserts. We ordered a Salmon Sandwich, 2 Iced Chocolate & my favourite *Creme Brulee*. The sandwiches is yummy with the salmon and it's wasabi sauce. I like their chocolate drinks, the chocolate texture is very rich ^^ I love their Creme Brulee, very delicious with it's smooth texture, all just nice. Thanks Venus for my wonderful weekend, keep in touch!

I reached home around night time after visit my grandmothers. Wish grandmothers are always healthy and happy. I love them! At night, we had a little earlier Birthday Celebration for my love mummy with her favourite cake. Hope mummy always healthy, happy and stay young ^^ Love her very very much too! I had a happy day today~ Good night~

It's July, comes to the another half of 2013, have to appreciate every moments in my life as time really goes fast......

Targets set, plans reset, going to take action! It will be a busy month for targets achieving.
