520 Escape to Tubotel, Langkawi - Day 1

Hey dear!!! I'm back from my super relax holiday, just relax!

I'm enjoyed my holiday although don't really visit the interesting places around cause I've been there before, back to few years time..... so as mentioned just now, it's really a Relax Trip, just for recharging my soul. We walked slowly, enjoyed the beautiful scenery which calm our mind, enjoyed the food and drinks, enjoyed the wind and the sea while closing our eyes, enjoyed the moments in our life.... made it slow, just for relax instead of a rush one. I'm happy with it and it's kind of enjoying the "slow trip", haha! No rush, just as your mind wish...

Okay, back to the topic today, my 520 Escape Trip to Langkawi Island in Malaysia ^^ Basically, it's just a very short trip, 3 days 2 nights. I will share it in 3 posts by Day 1, Day 2 and Day 3...... Let's the wording & pictures tell you more ^^

We started our journey to Langkawi Island by AA flight in the afternoon. Dear brought his buddy's DSLR together for our Escape Trip ^^ Thanks dear for all the satisfied photos. It's our first local trip in 2013, hopefully more will be coming soon..... Haha! We rented a MyV once reached Langkawi and heading to our Tubotel by reading the Free Map given in the airport *Like* As usual, I'm the map reader and he is the driver. Let's go!

Tubotel's concept is really nice and creative! I like their inner design and the scenery but not the unattached washroom where I think it's quite inconvenient especially for girls like me o.O Would like to suggest them to combine 2 tubes into one so that washroom can be attached with the room. Wahaha! *Kidding* Seriously, the idea is awesome! Living in a small tube in front the sea~ *Warm*Happy*Wonderful*Seaview*

Besides the creative hotel, what I love is the Sunset in front our room, it's wonderful!!! Enjoy my life at that moment, super relax and calm. Specially love their outer stage design, the platform with red and white theme for guests to sleep and rest on the cushion, relax in front the sea~ Cool~ Captured a lot of photos there.

At night, we went to the town area for seafood dinner. Yummy crab!!! *Fresh*Crab*Love* After the full dinner, we walked around and bought some chocolate souvenirs. Then, we had our dessert at Red Tomato. Enjoyed my Day 1~

Didn't really celebrate Mother's Day this year but just having a simple lunch with my dear mum and all the siblings & relatives at Ipoh. A simple meal together is another simple happiness, the most important thing is all around and gather together. I love you all! Hope mummy & daddy like the presents from us ^^

Brunch at The Mugshot Cafe @ Chulia Street

This morning, Ewin came and fetched me to PMUC where our reservation made at 11.00am. We reached there earlier and a bit unhappy with their arrangement because the staffs claimed that they were unable to inform us not to go today due to their urgent booth recently. Okay, I accept their rearrangement but I really think that's a big problem to the customers in this kind of cases. Is it unlucky? Or I should say we are very lucky? Nobody faces this kind of unable to contact problem... but we did, our contact number totally not with them. Weird. May be a better one is coming soon to us? Haha! It is! ^^ 

We didn't plan for anything today except the PMUC..... so we were still blur blur where should we go since the course is cancelled, go home? or? Then, I suggested to go The Mugshot for our late breakfast - brunch. Ewin agreed with me and we googled the location ^^ The area of the cafe is very hard for us to find a parking, too many cars already.... but of course finally we got one ^^ It's our lucky day ^^

There were quite a lot of people when we reached but we were very lucky as well, got our seat in front the counter. Ermmm.... the environment of the cafe is simple and nice with their own style and decorations. Something very simple but made the overall design become special with their own style and taste. I like their decoration. The chair remind me my primary school's chair. Haha! They serve some drinks and their main selling points - Yogurt and Bagel Muffin. There are 4 different flavours of yogurt available and 5 choices go to Bagel Muffin.

I ordered a cup of hot chocolate and Bacon & Egg Bagel Muffin while Ewin ordered Cream & Smoked Salmon Bagel Muffin. She ordered the yogurt with walnut and mango too. The yogurt is nice! The texture is not the same liquidity like what we usually buy from Supermarket like Nestle or other brands, it's with thick texture *Yummy*Special*Tasty* Taste it slowly, you will feel it's very nice when it melts.... there are some other flavours like jackfruit with gula melaka or kiwi with honey. Sound special right? Should try it out next round~

For the bagel muffin, we waited for more than 30 mins... As usual, we took photos while waiting for the food to be served. Around lunch time, the shop is getting crowded. Many people come and go~ Some people made their order at the counter, some people chilling with friends while waiting for the food, some people were queueing for the board to take photo...... Huh? What's that? Board? Yup! You are right! There is a little board for guest to write down their details and take photo with the height measurement's background. Another selling point! o.O *Attractive*Successful*

Finally, the food served and it looks delicious! Before eating, I opened the top and realized that the inner is very special decorated. Haha! The bagel muffin is delicious and yummy! *Like*Special*Yummy* Should try the rocket or smoked salmon next time. Then, we went to write on our name and took some photos before leaving for home. Haha! Happy day, enjoy my day with the girl ^^

Working without Soul

Back to Penang yesterday night and kept on asking my sis to capture down the sunset pictures for me while on the way back~ I really love sunset very much, it makes me feel calm and cheer up my day...... Relax my mind~ It got a special power for me in my life ^^

Today, I back to work after few days of holiday. Nothing much to say about working today, just feel myself like *Working without soul* Nobody knows my mood and feeling, just do my own tasks as normal, nobody cares~ I just keep on praying~

Kioku Restaurant Cheer Up My Moody Day

I'm very down these 2 days due to something unhappy happen in my life and it's out of my control. I'm scared, I'm worry~ I feel helpless when I can't do anything on that and the only thing I can do is just *Waiting* The feeling is unstable. I just can pray for that and wish everything get well and recover soon~

I learnt. I will appreciate every loves in my life.... my lovely family & my love, relatives, friends and people I know... Appreciate every moments in my life~

I'm moody since last Saturday when the thing happen unexpected. Nobody can make me smile from the heart since then because the feeling in my heart is *Complicated* I just wish everything will be fine.

At night, went for dinner with sis, mum and aunties at Kioku Restaurant at Ipoh. When you are exhausted and unhappy, food and drinks will cheer up your day and give you more energy to move forward~ It's true ^^ I'm better after having the Japanese + Korean dinner tonight at Kioku, a restaurant selling Japanese and Korean food. The environment of the restaurant is the combination of Japanese and Korean decorations. The food is delicious and yummy ^^ I love their mashed potato *Special*Yummy*Love* The spaghetti, stone rice and hand rolls are not bad. Western food as well? Haha! Their lamb chop is very nice ^^ *Love*
