It's Friday night again! The starting of my every favourite weekends ^^ 

What to eat tonight? Dear suddenly suggested to eat Hakka Mee but I don't feel want to eat tonight. Anyway, we reached around that area and I saw a shop selling Ban Mee "板面" and I asked whether my dear would like to try it out and he said yes!

Haha! This is our first time to this so called "new" place to us. It's a shop focus on selling Ban Mee which are currently quite famous in the market, many sellers are doing the same, Only Ban Mee 板面专卖店..... comes with different styles and flavours. Last time, mostly is only the classic style but now come with different soups and different matching for dried style. 

Tonight, I ordered the classic soup Ban Mee and dear ordered Tom Yam soup Ban Mee! Arggggh! I want Tom Yam! Their Tom Yam is nice! *Hopefully not depends on mood but is all time nice* Besides, we got side ordered for some fried meat and fried dumplings, my favourite 南乳肉 is yummy, same to fried dumplings with the crispy skin & special ingredients inside. By the way, their 马蹄水 is nice too!

It's a good try tonight and I will go again soon ^^ Enjoy~

Gathering with Uni Junior At Eighty Tree

During my University life, I used to join some activities which I'm interested like Mooncake Festival and some project related with design. I got to know some new friends via the activities and some of them are still keep in touch with me ^^ It's been a very long time since my last meeting with Ying Ying, a junior I knew during MOYC project.

Although we didn't meet up with each other for a very long time but we still keep in touch with messages. We only realized that both of us are staying in a same state recently >.< So, we planned to meet up for gathering ^^ Before the day of gathering, Ying Ying suggested me a cafe in town where she think that I will be in loved with it. What a coincident? The cafe is one of the cafes in my food hunting wishlists which I failed to go last time.

Ying Ying came to fetch me from my office and we were heading to the cafe by using my maps ^^ Haha! Yup, YingYing is right and I was so happy that she guessed it correctly based on the criteria she know about me.... Art. I'm so touching with this, cause most of the friends can't remember about me, may be I'm too normal for them? Lol.....

We had our dinner at a mini cafe with art in town, Eighty Tree. It's my first time been there and I love the environment and decorations. Simple and Nice.... with all the mini and artistic decorations. Suitable for chilling with friends especially for girls gathering. I like the board they used to stick all the photos about the cafe~

Their Mushroom soup and Hot Chocolate are just Ok only for me. I prefer their Carbonara, it's delicious! I like it! *Yummy*Creamy* I forgot the chicken chop's flavour ordered by junior, perhaps is Lemon. Not bad too. Overall, I enjoyed the moment in Eighty Tree tonight with my long lost junior, Ying Ying especially the moments we talked about our unilife and share about our current life.... MugShot Again with Sis

It's Wesak holiday today, I didn't plan for any schedule... Just wish to bring sis for gathering and food hunting ^^ I told her that in fact I should bring her to a new place which I never go before instead of the places I have been so that I can keep on trying on new recipe at different places. You know why? I will only recommend or bring someone to the cafe or restaurant I have been before if their food and drinks are nice and worth for sharing. You know right? Good thing must be sharing.... Especially with the love one ^^ 

Anyway, it's MUGSHOT again... which I introduced during few post ago.... I wanted sis to try it out, especially their famous yogurt and bagel. So, this time I ordered Wild Berries Tea, Jackfruit & Gula Melaka yogurt, Walnut & Raisin yogurt, Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese bagel and Corned Beef & Rocket bagel. Actually I was chosen only for Jackfruit & Gula Melaka yogurt which I wanted to try out last time..... but the owner suggested me to take their Walnut & Raisin, so I bought 2 of different flavours at last and he just shout "You're Crazy?" & laugh..... Am I? lol...

Hehe, their yogurt is Delicious & Nice! Compared with the Walnut & Mango flavour I tried last time, Jackfruit & Gula Melaka and Walnut & Raisin are better and more yummy! 2 of these are different in texture, one with Gula Melaka sauce and another one comes in dry texture. I love both! Haha.... but for you, better don't order too much of yogurt at once if you don't really like yogurt ^^

For the Corned Beef & Rocket, I think I prefer the Egg & Bacon bagel.... sis commented that the Salmon is fresh and nice.

520 Escape to Rebak Island - Day 3

As usual, time flies~ but It flies even faster during Holiday and Happy Hour! Agree? So, same as well for my 520 Escape Trip... I really hope that time can stop at that moment when I were walking along the beaches~ Feel Relax & Wonderful!

Anyway, have to back to reality and working life to fight for a better life after the recharging trip, I believe we will do it better. So, let's continue for Day 3 of my Escape Trip ^^

Woke up early in the morning for our breakfast on Day 3, it's raining heavily. Hmm.... morning walk was cancelled. We were heading back to our room after breakfast and prepared for our luggage before checking out. I called the staff to fetch us to lobby and requested to check out around 12.50 pm. Then, we registered for Batik Painting at their activity counter. Yeah! Finally~

Batik Painting is the most wanted activity in my wishlist for this trip, and I attended it! I feel so happy with the Batik Painting class, I learnt. Talking about Batik Painting, remind me the funny situation happened that day, the staff looked at us with innocent and said "Oooo! Your luggages were sent to the Langkasuka Port.... your boat time is 2 pm and now already 2.10 pm... ". We just felt so funny and kept on laughing cause the teacher said it's okay to finish the painting first when I mentioned to him that we need to rush for boat.... Haha! Then, I backed to the teacher and asked his permission to have another Batik painting as my boat were gone and I have to wait for 3.30 pm boat. Sorry to my dear as I made the schedule up side down because of Art. Thanks for his understanding as well.... for supporting what I'm loving in.

We left for Langkasuka Port at 3.30 pm and I wish to go Rebak Island again for another Relax Trip. It's a nice place for a relax holiday with family and friends, especially for recharging positive energy ^^ Luckily we still got extra time to buy some chocolates at the airport before flying back to Penang although it's quite expensive compared to outside duty free shops in Langkawi. Dear, sorry for using all your time for my Art, haha! I promise that I will go with you again & buy the things you wanted next round ^^ 520 The End~

Day 2 will be another relax day in Langkawi, and also Rebak Island. Rebak Island is a small island near by Langkawi.... take around 15 minutes to reach from Langkasuka Port by boat.

Woke up in the morning and looking at the seaview out there, feel *happy* Enjoyed my yummy breakfast prepared by Tubotel... It's nice and delicious! I thought to have my lunch there as well but my dear said we had to rush for our next destination. Then, we checked out and continue with our next journey to Langkawi Cable Car. Hehe! As I went there before, we just stopped at the entrance area and left for the near by waterfall. OMG!!! It's been too long since my last exercise! It's exhausted to go all the way to the waterfall..... wuwuwuw..... I think I have to do more exercise already, for healthy purpose >.<

We rushed to Langkasuka Port at 12.30pm and we were very lucky to get the boat on time ^^ Dear no need to carry my luggage already as there were staffs ready for that. We just like a V.I.P. Once we reached Rebak Island, "Welcome Drinks" is served and friendly staffs briefed us some details for the hotel like their services and activities. After that, they sent us to our room. Failed to join the Batik Painting as the teacher were sick and the class was cancelled and reschedule >.<

In the evening, we went down to the beaches for fun and photography, it's happy to walk along the beach, I love it! We played at the seaside..... Chatting.... Walking.... Had Fun.... It's happy holiday! At night, we had our dinner at the restaurant on Rebak Island, full. Had a great night by listening to the natural sounds of the environment. Love my Langkawi Trip ^^

520 Escape to Tubotel, Langkawi - Day 1

Hey dear!!! I'm back from my super relax holiday, just relax!

I'm enjoyed my holiday although don't really visit the interesting places around cause I've been there before, back to few years time..... so as mentioned just now, it's really a Relax Trip, just for recharging my soul. We walked slowly, enjoyed the beautiful scenery which calm our mind, enjoyed the food and drinks, enjoyed the wind and the sea while closing our eyes, enjoyed the moments in our life.... made it slow, just for relax instead of a rush one. I'm happy with it and it's kind of enjoying the "slow trip", haha! No rush, just as your mind wish...

Okay, back to the topic today, my 520 Escape Trip to Langkawi Island in Malaysia ^^ Basically, it's just a very short trip, 3 days 2 nights. I will share it in 3 posts by Day 1, Day 2 and Day 3...... Let's the wording & pictures tell you more ^^

We started our journey to Langkawi Island by AA flight in the afternoon. Dear brought his buddy's DSLR together for our Escape Trip ^^ Thanks dear for all the satisfied photos. It's our first local trip in 2013, hopefully more will be coming soon..... Haha! We rented a MyV once reached Langkawi and heading to our Tubotel by reading the Free Map given in the airport *Like* As usual, I'm the map reader and he is the driver. Let's go!

Tubotel's concept is really nice and creative! I like their inner design and the scenery but not the unattached washroom where I think it's quite inconvenient especially for girls like me o.O Would like to suggest them to combine 2 tubes into one so that washroom can be attached with the room. Wahaha! *Kidding* Seriously, the idea is awesome! Living in a small tube in front the sea~ *Warm*Happy*Wonderful*Seaview*

Besides the creative hotel, what I love is the Sunset in front our room, it's wonderful!!! Enjoy my life at that moment, super relax and calm. Specially love their outer stage design, the platform with red and white theme for guests to sleep and rest on the cushion, relax in front the sea~ Cool~ Captured a lot of photos there.

At night, we went to the town area for seafood dinner. Yummy crab!!! *Fresh*Crab*Love* After the full dinner, we walked around and bought some chocolate souvenirs. Then, we had our dessert at Red Tomato. Enjoyed my Day 1~

Didn't really celebrate Mother's Day this year but just having a simple lunch with my dear mum and all the siblings & relatives at Ipoh. A simple meal together is another simple happiness, the most important thing is all around and gather together. I love you all! Hope mummy & daddy like the presents from us ^^

Brunch at The Mugshot Cafe @ Chulia Street

This morning, Ewin came and fetched me to PMUC where our reservation made at 11.00am. We reached there earlier and a bit unhappy with their arrangement because the staffs claimed that they were unable to inform us not to go today due to their urgent booth recently. Okay, I accept their rearrangement but I really think that's a big problem to the customers in this kind of cases. Is it unlucky? Or I should say we are very lucky? Nobody faces this kind of unable to contact problem... but we did, our contact number totally not with them. Weird. May be a better one is coming soon to us? Haha! It is! ^^ 

We didn't plan for anything today except the PMUC..... so we were still blur blur where should we go since the course is cancelled, go home? or? Then, I suggested to go The Mugshot for our late breakfast - brunch. Ewin agreed with me and we googled the location ^^ The area of the cafe is very hard for us to find a parking, too many cars already.... but of course finally we got one ^^ It's our lucky day ^^

There were quite a lot of people when we reached but we were very lucky as well, got our seat in front the counter. Ermmm.... the environment of the cafe is simple and nice with their own style and decorations. Something very simple but made the overall design become special with their own style and taste. I like their decoration. The chair remind me my primary school's chair. Haha! They serve some drinks and their main selling points - Yogurt and Bagel Muffin. There are 4 different flavours of yogurt available and 5 choices go to Bagel Muffin.

I ordered a cup of hot chocolate and Bacon & Egg Bagel Muffin while Ewin ordered Cream & Smoked Salmon Bagel Muffin. She ordered the yogurt with walnut and mango too. The yogurt is nice! The texture is not the same liquidity like what we usually buy from Supermarket like Nestle or other brands, it's with thick texture *Yummy*Special*Tasty* Taste it slowly, you will feel it's very nice when it melts.... there are some other flavours like jackfruit with gula melaka or kiwi with honey. Sound special right? Should try it out next round~

For the bagel muffin, we waited for more than 30 mins... As usual, we took photos while waiting for the food to be served. Around lunch time, the shop is getting crowded. Many people come and go~ Some people made their order at the counter, some people chilling with friends while waiting for the food, some people were queueing for the board to take photo...... Huh? What's that? Board? Yup! You are right! There is a little board for guest to write down their details and take photo with the height measurement's background. Another selling point! o.O *Attractive*Successful*

Finally, the food served and it looks delicious! Before eating, I opened the top and realized that the inner is very special decorated. Haha! The bagel muffin is delicious and yummy! *Like*Special*Yummy* Should try the rocket or smoked salmon next time. Then, we went to write on our name and took some photos before leaving for home. Haha! Happy day, enjoy my day with the girl ^^

Working without Soul

Back to Penang yesterday night and kept on asking my sis to capture down the sunset pictures for me while on the way back~ I really love sunset very much, it makes me feel calm and cheer up my day...... Relax my mind~ It got a special power for me in my life ^^

Today, I back to work after few days of holiday. Nothing much to say about working today, just feel myself like *Working without soul* Nobody knows my mood and feeling, just do my own tasks as normal, nobody cares~ I just keep on praying~

Kioku Restaurant Cheer Up My Moody Day

I'm very down these 2 days due to something unhappy happen in my life and it's out of my control. I'm scared, I'm worry~ I feel helpless when I can't do anything on that and the only thing I can do is just *Waiting* The feeling is unstable. I just can pray for that and wish everything get well and recover soon~

I learnt. I will appreciate every loves in my life.... my lovely family & my love, relatives, friends and people I know... Appreciate every moments in my life~

I'm moody since last Saturday when the thing happen unexpected. Nobody can make me smile from the heart since then because the feeling in my heart is *Complicated* I just wish everything will be fine.

At night, went for dinner with sis, mum and aunties at Kioku Restaurant at Ipoh. When you are exhausted and unhappy, food and drinks will cheer up your day and give you more energy to move forward~ It's true ^^ I'm better after having the Japanese + Korean dinner tonight at Kioku, a restaurant selling Japanese and Korean food. The environment of the restaurant is the combination of Japanese and Korean decorations. The food is delicious and yummy ^^ I love their mashed potato *Special*Yummy*Love* The spaghetti, stone rice and hand rolls are not bad. Western food as well? Haha! Their lamb chop is very nice ^^ *Love*

Handmade of The Month *May* - Red Geometric Tote Bag

Today is 1 May 2013, it's Labour Day! Yeah! It's Public Holiday right? Everyone should be happy and planning on how to enjoy the holiday..... but I need to stand by for my office's foreign trade o.O No choice, it's not the first time for me to work on public holiday while others are enjoying the holiday. I hate this kind of moment when my first time back to office for stand by purpose, but what to do? It's my responsibility for my position and my job scope, I have to do it due to fully responsibility on working ^^

Although I really don't like to back on work during public holiday, but I try to accept it when things can't be changed or so call Out of Control. Try to look at the case in other perspectives and make it  better. That's why, I tried to plan my day full with activities after going back to office. I hanged out with Nicole after I done my tasks. It's public holiday today and hence most of the shops we wanted to go are closed...... lastly, we went to Campbell House for late lunch ^^ Enjoy my lunch there~
