After my first try of Panna Cotta at Lighthouse during Christmas Eve, I already decided to learn how to make Panna Cotta as it becomes one of my favourite desserts ^^ For your information *Panna Cotta* is actually an Italian Dessert, called as "Cooked Cream" in Italian. It is a traditional and simple dessert made by using cream, sugar and gelatin.
My colleague helped me to buy the main ingredient, Gelatin weeks ago. After my 3rd time of eating Panna Cotta at IL Bacaro, finally I decided to do the Panna Cotta by my own this weekend >.< I used the whipping cream instead of heaving cream as I only can got that near by my house. The ingredient are actually quite simple but it's also the main things in the recipe, less one also unable to make it successful.
The process to prepare the Panna Cotta is quite easy but the process of waiting it to be served is very long, take up to 8 hours or longer until overnight >.< Anyway, good thing have to wait ^^ After a day of waiting, my Panna Cotta can be served with the Blueberries sauce choose by me. Haha! I love Panna Cotta very much!!! The taste is just nice...... just the texture is a little bit too soft compared with the one I ate outside. I think I should adjust the recipe well next time and I believe I will do a better one next round. So happy with my new recipe during this weekend ^^ My Panna Cotta~

By the way, I just started my numbering colour set this weekend which I bought weeks ago too, it's not easy as I think with its Acrylic colours & the complicated drawing which I choose. Haha! All you need is patient and the love to colour it one by one with careful ^^ Anyway, although it may takes quite some time for me to finish the whole drawing, but I will make sure it has the best outcome from me. Wait for my good news ^^ I enjoy my wonderful weekend ^^
