I just came back from hometown just now with my dear sis, Vera. Enjoyed my holiday at my sweet sweet home, love my dear family ^^ Thanks my lovely mummy for all the homemade dishes. Really love it very much!!! *Appreciate* Cooking looks easy but in fact it's not easy...... especially when you want to cook a meal which is delicious and full with love & warm feeling~

During the holiday, I went for 清明节 praying session with my family and relatives. I saw there are still a lot of young generation attend for this kind of event, feel good on that..... youngster now still willing to maintain the Chinese Traditional Cultural event and celebration, it's a good sign. It's very good to maintain this cultural rules and continue from generation to generation.

Feel so good after few days of holiday at home, feel relax and recharged *Happy*Relax*Enjoy* It's quite jam while on the way back to Penang just now, perhaps most of them are busy with the Qing Ming event. We went for dinner at Dome & desserts at 许留山 before sending Vera back.... Enjoy every moments with the love in my life ^^

Indian Cuisine Lunch at GEM Restaurant

Today lunch time just left Ewin and I, we decided to try the Indian Cuisine near by our office area as she got the promotion flyer about the set lunch at Gem Restaurant. I got the same flyer as well before this but never think to try it out >.< May be the pictures printed is not attractive enough for me, Haha! Anyway, I feel so lucky that I didn't miss the chance to try this great Indian Cuisine cause of the pictures...... 

Once again I proof that, don't judge a book by cover, don't judge a restaurant's food by it's flyer. Nice picture in advertising may not reflect nice food in fact and vice versa. Haha! Try it by your own is the best way to know the rating of the restaurant ^^ 

The Indian Cuisine restaurant named as GEM Restaurant. The environment is more to Traditional Indian Style, with those vintage and classic decoration. Like their mug for sky juice >.< Just a very simple copper colour mug but it just fine with the environment ^^ I ordered a Mutton Set Lunch which included drinks as well in the set. 

The set included mutton, rice, naan and some side dishes together with different Indian Style sauces, and the fresh mango juice. The mutton is very nice and delicious, the spicy level is just nice too *Yummy*Delicious*Like* Overall, the set lunch taste delicious! Like this kind of Indian food. Enjoyed the lunch and will try again next time ^^

My Weekend with Panna Cotta

After my first try of Panna Cotta at Lighthouse during Christmas Eve, I already decided to learn how to make Panna Cotta as it becomes one of my favourite desserts ^^ For your information *Panna Cotta* is actually an Italian Dessert, called as "Cooked Cream" in Italian. It is a traditional and simple dessert made by using cream, sugar and gelatin. 

My colleague helped me to buy the main ingredient, Gelatin weeks ago. After my 3rd time of eating Panna Cotta at IL Bacaro, finally I decided to do the Panna Cotta by my own this weekend >.< I used the whipping cream instead of heaving cream as I only can got that near by my house. The ingredient are actually quite simple but it's also the main things in the recipe, less one also unable to make it successful. 

The process to prepare the Panna Cotta is quite easy but the process of waiting it to be served is very long, take up to 8 hours or longer until overnight >.< Anyway, good thing have to wait ^^ After a day of waiting, my Panna Cotta can be served with the Blueberries sauce choose by me. Haha! I love Panna Cotta very much!!! The taste is just nice...... just the texture is a little bit too soft compared with the one I ate outside. I think I should adjust the recipe well next time and I believe I will do a better one next round. So happy with my new recipe during this weekend ^^ My Panna Cotta~

By the way, I just started my numbering colour set this weekend which I bought weeks ago too, it's not easy as I think with its Acrylic colours & the complicated drawing which I choose. Haha! All you need is patient and the love to colour it one by one with careful ^^ Anyway, although it may takes quite some time for me to finish the whole drawing, but I will make sure it has the best outcome from me. Wait for my good news ^^ I enjoy my wonderful weekend ^^

Friday Japanese Dinner @ Azuma

The weather is very hot recently and finally it's raining tonight...... heavily. Hopefully the weather will be better soon...... Dear all my friends and you, remember to take good care and drink more water! Okay, back to my topic tonight, Dear brought me for dinner at Azuma, Queensbay tonight. As promised to him, I will treat him for tonight dinner and ended up he still the one who pay the bill >.< Haha! 

Suddenly carving for Japanese food and I suggested to go Azuma tonight. I already super hungry when the time we arrived Azuma. This was my second time to Azuma for dinner. We ordered a rice set *Salmon Sashimi To Unagi Kabayaki Set*, Beef Enoki Maki, Passion Roll, Sushi Moriawase Kita, Ribena Longan & Green Tea.

Quite a long time didn't have dinner with dear already, so happy tonight ^^ I love the Beef Enoki Maki which is beef slices wrapping mushrooms *Yummy* For the sashimi & unagi rice set, I like the sashimi & the steamed egg only ^^ The unagi is too little to finish the rice >.< The steamed egg is very nice and smooth while eating, the texture of the egg is great and delicious! *Like* The passion roll and the sushi set are not bad.

Girls Dinner at IL Bacaro, Campbell House

As clearly stated in the topic today, girls dinner at IL Bacaro, Campbell House. Ewin suggested this new place for me because she found that our favourite dessert *Panna Cotta* is available in their menu. As discussed with Nicole and Ewin in the evening and we decided to go for dinner tonight at IL Bacaro, Campbell House. IL Bacaro is an Italian Restaurant selling Italian Cuisine, food and drinks ^^

Before going in the restaurant, the building itself give us a heritage feeling with it's design. The whole building included the IL Bacaro restaurant and the Heritage Boutique Hotel. The inner design of the restaurant is more to vintage and classic style. The waiters are friendly. A waitress introduced some of their famous food to us as well as their special of the night, which written on a small blackboard *Special*

We ordered Special Italian Spaghetti - RM 25, Pizza Turkey Ham & Mushrooms - RM 25, Mashed Potatoes - RM 8, Early Grey - RM 7 *Ewin*, Ice Cappuccino - RM 10 *Nicole* & Ice Chocolate - RM 12 *Clover*. While waiting for the food and drinks to be served, as usual, we were chatting and playing the trendy game *Candy Crush Saga*, 3 of us already addicted with the game. The iced chocolate of mine taste nice and it just nice without sugar. According to the waitress, their drinks are all in fresh ingredient and no sugar added except coffee drinks *Delicious*Chocolate*Nice*

Before they serve the pizza and spaghetti, they served the chillies, black peppers, salt and cheese in a small portion, for later adding purpose. The Special Italian Spaghetti is very nice and full with the cheese taste..... all just nice and delicious *Yummy* We also added some of the extra cheese provided. I like the cheesy taste of the spaghetti. For the pizza, I like it too! The taste is delicious.... I ate 3 pieces. I added some Tabasco sauce on the pizza before eating, make it more delicious ^^ For the mashed potatoes, it just ok ok only for me >.<

After the full dinner, we wanted to have their dessert which we targeted before coming ^^ *Panna Cotta* As Nicole and Ewin already very full, so we just ordered one dessert - RM 15 *Vanilla Panna Cotta with Chocolate Sauce* OMG!!! Our favourite dessert since last Christmas ^^ Ewin was a little bit disappointed as she wanted panna cotta with mixed berries sauces instead of chocolate. Haha! Anyway, we will try their berries style next time. The panna cotta taste yummy ^^ I love it..... Oh no!!! We love it ^^

Annual Dinner & Happy Hours & Relaxing Day @ Shervone Cakes

Yesterday was busy for whole day from morning until night, and continue for today until just now evening time >.< Full scheduled for yesterday, although a little bit tired but I did enjoy. I was busy for my company schedule yesterday in the morning and night.... So, today's post will be a bit longer than usually do...... >.< Post for 2 days ^^

Yesterday (16/3/2013) morning, I attended my company training at 9am in the office, with the topic of the day *FISH* Fish actually teach you some concepts and positive thinking to be applied in working environment, not bad overall. The happiest part is the team task which all the team members are required to build up a tower with height of minimum 30cm which can be putting in a certain weight required, by using straws and some masking tape. It's challenging~ Fun as well ^^ When the speaker trying to put the weight on each building, everyone especially the team members felt scary and excited >.< Haha! Anyway, the training is not bad, I learnt something from that.

After the training, I went home and waiting for Ewin's arrival. We went to Queensbay for last minute shopping as we didn't have the accessories which can match our dinner dress. Haha! Girls really a bit choosy during preparation for dinner. lol. We ready and started our journey to Gurney Hotel at 5.15pm and we reached there around 6pm. Luckily still a bit earlier overall. I'm one of the receptionist at the entrance counter. I like this kind of job, especially when giving the door gifts for the guests of the night *Smile*  Haha~ Oh ya, I forgot to mention, it's actually my company's Annual Dinner 2013 yesterday night at Gurney Hotel.

The dinner started around 7pm ++ with the speeches from the top management people. Followed by the food serving and some performances by the staffs & Lucky Draw sessions. The food of the night is ok ok only, the wine is nice ^^ Enjoy the moments meeting some colleagues from other branches and photo sessions with some of them. *Like* Most of the guys already drunk, they drank too much already o.O Ewin, Nicole & I left at 11.30pm and heading to Gurney Plaza for our second round, Karaoke ^^

We already made reservation *Sing K* few days ago for this morning 00.00am to 4.00am at RedBox, Gurney. This was my second time singing during midnight. Haha. Our midnight package included supper. Very happy and enjoy whole night while singing crazily with the girls. I love this kind of dating very much!!! On the half way, Nicole and I went out to get some food for our supper like their laksa and bread. What a coincident? I met my junior, Amelia. OMG!!! Fate! She brought me to meet the others too like Vicky Tan. Haha, keep in touch ya! Ok, back to the supper of the night, the laksa is very delicious!!! *Yummy* I really wish to have one more but no more already...... We reached home around 5am after sending Nicole back. Tired but really happy and enjoy as long time didn't sing like this....... *Happy*Wonderful*Excited*Satisfy*Great*

This morning (17/3/2013), we woke up at 11.30am and went for late breakfast at Sri Nibong. We reached the Spa centre on time, 1.30pm. We bought the groupon for this massage & spa via Groupon. It's a 3 hours pamper massage package included full body massage, body scrub, body mask and spa. Quite enjoy with the overall package. May be yesterday too busy and tired already, feel so good when having massage *Enjoy*Relax* It's the right time ever~

The massage package ended at 4.30pm and we found a bakery *Shervone Cakes* near by while we were on the way back. Went in have a look with Ewin. Haha! So Cute! So pretty with all the decorated cakes. The environment of the shop is more to English style with white and purple theme. I like their tables and chairs for guests on a little garden interior designed. Feel nice and relax there. We ordered cakes and drinks there. The taste of my berries cake is nice but if the sponge cake can be softer, will be better. Ewin's lemon cheese cake full with thick cheesy taste, like it very much when tasting slowly in the mouth. My cappuccino is not bad too~ Overall, it's a good place for drinking afternoon tea or have some cakes and drinks with some friends especially girls gathering~ *Like*

I'm very happy during this weekend, I enjoy it! Enjoy my life with the lovely people in my life ^^ Good night~

A Day in True Harmony

Due to the 10 years anniversary of True Harmony and their promotion, I bought a facial treatment package weeks ago...... So, today is the appointment date ^^ I reached there at 11.00am in the morning and the facial took around 2 hours ++ Got some advices and promotions from their beauty consultant before the treatment, Marketing Skills again~ *Personally, I'm the client with the style: if I like, I will look for you to get the things after you let me know about it, if I don't like, please don't keep on promoting in front me, dislike* Anyway, quite enjoy the facial & shoulder massage package, feel relax~ *Like*

After the facial treatment, a make up artist from KL helped me to make up for photography. She is professional. Due to anniversary celebration, they offer the client with a FREE printed copy photo and the rest you have to pay for the photography group if you want to have it >.< Erm, for me, it's ok ok only as the clothes there are not the one I like, but still satisfy with the photos....... Haha! Anyway, quite enjoy the moment when posting for photography *love*

I really admire those professional make up artists since long time ago......I feel that they are very powerful in playing with make up & just like magician, make every girls become beautiful and gorgeous. I really hope that I can be like them one day in future ^^ Beauty Magician ^^

2013 Wishlists

Today is another new day and it's another good day for me ^^ Why? o.O Good is because my lovely colleagues cheered up my day with the delivery of breakfast and desserts early in the morning. How lucky am I? Haha! My colleagues helped to buy Subway for my breakfast and another one bought Moo Moo Swiss Roll for me as my dessert of the day~ Thanks both of them very much......

Time fly~ It's already March 2013...... CNY is just past and next year CNY is coming soon. Do you think so too? >.< I'm quite afraid that time fly so fast from second to second and will never come back again, so we must fully utilise and appreciate it.
