Afternoon Tea at Winter Warmers & Dating at Twelve Cup

This morning, I went for a hair treatment at Tanjung Bungah area. Once again, I bought the treatment package via Groupon. I thought it's a hair treatment for my hair to become more smooth and nice but in fact today's treatment is depends on my hair scalp's condition and then certain hair scalp treatment will only be given. The girl helped me to scan my scalp and shown me before giving me the whole treatment. Feel nice and good after the overall hair treatment...... Besides of the skin, I think I have to take care with my hair as well especially the quality of my hair and hair loss problem too~ Thanks Makiyo for today's treatment ^^ Feel good ^^

After the morning treatment, I fetched Vera for an afternoon tea at Winter Warmers, Queensbay. It's my second time to Winter Warmers...... I think my first time was 2 years ago~ Haha! I like the environment there, feel warm and sweet... a nice environment for relax and gathering. It's a good place for me to have afternoon tea with my dear sis ^^ We choose Romance Afternoon Tea among the others. It's middle size.

Our Romance Afternoon Tea Set included 2 pots of tea, a cake, biscuits, scone, cup cakes and some sandwiches. We exchanged the 2 pots of tea into 1 pot of Rose Tea *Nice* The sandwiches are yummy and the scone is not bad. The cake is just so so but overall, the tea set is nice & worth ^^ It's good to have a tea time with the girls or family on a relax weekend ^^ Enjoy my day with my dear Vera~ Vera bought me a bottle of Sticky sweet before sending her back to hostel.... Thanks my dear~

At night, dear brought me for dinner at town area and I decided to bring him to the place I usually have my lunch, The Leaf. Haha, he would like to know my eating lifestyle during working days. I ordered the pumpkin spaghetti and he ate fried rice. I tried their new item, mango yogurt with aloe vera *Yummy*Delicious*Like* Then, we were heading to 12 cups for second round & desserts date. I ordered a piece of Milk Hokkaido & a Lemon Creme Brulee for my dear, I still prefer the Chocolate Hokkaido and Coffee Creme Brulee as the milk hokaido is too milky & lemon creme brulee is not that nice =.=

Dating Night with Iron Man 3

Just a short one today, I had a date with my dear after working hours. As planned, we went to Queensbay for the premiere of Iron Man 3.  We straight away heading to the counter and bought the tickets once we reached there. Then, went to food court for our dinner. Buffet Dinner at Deluxcious Hotel.Spa.Restaurant

I planned to go for buffet dinner with the girls at Deluxcious since long time ago but still don't have the chance and time until today, purposely having the reason of doing Farewell for Ewin. Once again, 3 of us, Ewin, Nicole & I gathered for girls moment.

We went to Deluxcious after working hours. The building itself looks nice and it's actually a Hotel. Spa. Restaurant. We went there for our buffet dinner tonight. Love their building, love their little garden outside the restaurant. How nice if having gathering with all the friends and relatives for some events there? I believed it will be a good place for gathering ^^ Love their garden's decorations.

We made reservation for our buffet dinner tonight which started at 7pm. After taking some pictures at the garden, we were heading to their restaurant. The place is not very big but the decorations is nice and simple with western style. After we ordered the drinks which is not included in the buffet package and some of the food like spaghetti, we walked around to look for some food and drinks available there~

It looks like quite a lot of food and drinks are available in the buffet menu but for me, most of it are in similar range like spaghetti are available in many different flavours as shown in the menu but mostly are alike, just a bit different. Besides the food we ordered from the menu, we had some yummy potatoes soup, oysters and some desserts like panna cotta & caramel pudding. The panna cotta is not that nice but the sauce is yummy. The caramel is nice for me but the pudding is too sweet for us...... As mentioned, more or less are similar.... so it's not that much of choices for us as imagined~

We ordered quite a lot of food like spaghetti, fish, chicken and so on from their menu and quite a lot of potatoes soup which is self serviced. After having the full buffet dinner, we had some pictures together in the restaurant. Then, we were heading to the garden for it's night view. Once again, took quite a lot of photos with the girls ^^ *Happy*Enjoy* Besides, we had some fun and laughter during our photography session especially the parts captured by the lady owner and the powerful of S3 flash. Haha! Overall, enjoy the environment at Deluxcious.... wonder about the spa offered there, wish to try out one day~

Here, I wish Ewin all the best in her future career and always keep in touch with us~ I'm very happy to know her in my working life and become good friend and always hang out for gathering, shopping and food hunting sessions. Wish our Friendship Forever~

After yesterday food hunting chapter, today choose to have a simple one ^^ Just do something I like as I wish~ Surfing, reading - fashion magazine, watching and so on.... Just do whatever I like.... It's very enjoy sometime when you are alone and doing whatever you feel relax.... Just go ahead as your mind wish~

Do you guys remember the Milo Nuggets? I can't remember how long since I ate last time.... and today I got to have it again!!! I feel so happy! Long time didn't eat this~ but I still prefer the old packing compared to this new version of nuggets. Anyway, still like it ^^ *Yummy*Love*

It's another weekend ^^ I love weekend very much, especially after I join working life... Always waiting for the weekend and keep on planning for a packed schedule for my every weekend as there's only 2 days of weekend in a week o.O Always try to make it special and meaningful......

So, today is another weekend as mentioned just now, was planned to go for Japanese lunch & afternoon tea with Ewin girl. We tried our best to arrange the best time for both of us to go together and today was chosen ^^ It's a good day today, we had our lunch at ISARIBI Japanese Restaurant located at Pulau Tikus area in Penang. We almost overlook their shop as the entrance of the shop is  covered around 60% by the plants.... Luckily, we got it!

Let's go, bring you along for my half day journey ^^ We made reservation for our lunch set at 12pm and we reached earlier, around 11.30am. The kitchen will open at 12pm, so both of us just had some fun with their menu and photography session as usual :P The environment there is nice and comfortable, calm my mind and feel relax at the natural environment especially when you enter the restaurant. Outside of the restaurant is surrounded by plants and inside is decorated with vintage and classic style....... together with some unique items for decoration ^^

Japanese Food of the day

Around 12.15pm, our food was served one by one.... it's a 5-courses Japanese set meal where we bought the voucher from Groupon. The set is included 2 pieces of King Prawn Thermidor, Tai Shabu Shabu, Shima-aji Cavlor and Salmon Carpaccio, 4 pieces of grilled tuna Maki, Sanma Kabayaki and free flow of green tea. The meal set cost us RM80 for 2 people, worth with it's delicious and yummy meal set ^^ Besides the set, we side ordered for their Chawanmushi and homemade Sesame & Raspberry ice cream.

Overall, their food is delicious and taste nice! Strongly recommend ^^ Their homemade ice cream is  yummy too! Before having the meal, we had read through their menu, voucher is worth as mentioned cause normal price for ala-carte is quite expensive for me. Anyway, it's a good restaurant for you to try out Japanese food cause they serve a lot of Japanese Food. I saw the 纳豆spaghetti & other interesting japanese food, would like to try it out next round ^^

After finish the full meal, we walked around and captured down some pictures there~ Then, straight away headed to the near by English Tea Room, Victoria Rossa to meet up with Nicole for our second round - Afternoon Tea. Victoria Rossa, another famous place for afternoon tea. Their decorations is sweet and nice with it's white & flowery theme. Feel relax and happy, totally suit for my dream weekend moments ^^ Enjoy~

Like their simple and sweet decorations especially their flowery wallpaper, I love it! So sweet ^^ Besides, love their handmade menu cover, a good match between the flowery linen cotton and the sweet laces. Their staffs are friendly when they deliver the menu and provide us the little basket for our handbags. Feel warm, credit in customer's perspective. Nowadays, customer not only focus on the food and drinks, but the environment and services too... like me ^^

As Ewin and I just finished our full lunch at Isaribi, we only ordered a afternoon tea set which come with 3 pieces of sandwiches, a scone, a cake, a tart and some biscuits. The sandwich is just so so but the scone taste nice. Wonder how is the taste of other flavours for scones as they serve quite a lot of choices for scone like chocolate, raisins and so on. What is lack off for me? I think is the sauces for the scone, haha! They only serve butter and strawberry sauce in the tea set, if there is cream, I think will be better and more delicious ^^

Other than that, what I wanna highlight is their tea pot set. OMG! As you know, I love handmade, I love their fabric covers for the tea pots. Every cover comes with different designs of fabrics and colours..... make it sophisticated and special. From their decorations to their services, can feel their "heart". Service is very important in nowadays business line, people focus on the respect and services.... credit to their handbag basket but offset it with the limitation of plates and accessories based on order. Haha! It's true, nothing is perfect :P

Lunch at Cozy In The Rocket & Steamboat Buffet Dinner at 壹锅豊

I had "rush" lunch with 3 of my colleagues during today lunch time. I fetched them for lunch at a further place from our office compared with the places we usually go. We had our lunch at the newly opened cafe in the town, named as Cozy In The Rocket. Is the name sounds special and cute? Wonder why they use this as their name, is there any special meaning for the shop? Or?

As told by my friend, it's actually the new name & image for Amelia Cafe which was a cafe located at Lebuh Armenian and already closed few months ago. It's the cafe that Nicole and I wanted to go for a very long time~ We felt sad months ago when we haven't try out their food and drinks yet and got to know that Amelia Cafe was closed, but now, it's the opportunity for us!!! That's the reason we went there this afternoon. No excuse to loss the chances again~

Okay, back to the topic ^^ We had our lunch at Cozy In The Rocket today, a cafe with high expectation after reading a lot of good reviews and compliments in the webs and blogs. The environment in the cafe is comfortable and got the feeling at home ^^ The shop decorated with a lot of historical tools which we used in our life many years ago~ Antique tools~ Wonder how people can keep all the things till today, or it's actually bought from antique shop? o.O  Besides, a lot of cutie drawings are presented in the cafe~ *like*

As read too much of reviews and introductions, we know that their famous food is more to spaghetti..... and we end up ordered all spaghetti with different styles and flavours. Haha! For drinks, I ordered Iced Mocha ^^ The drinks served in a "jam" mug together with the cutie cup coaster, like it very much ^^ I would like to have all these handmade things in my shop as well in future ^^ My spaghetti with bacon and asparagus taste good, but not to say very good as I put a very high expectation on them already :P I prefer to have more sauce~ Nicole's carbonara is special with the fresh egg on top when served. Taste nice~

After the main course, dessert is Must! We had our favourite Panna Cotta again. Happy to try another panna cotta in my food hunting list ^^ Their panna cotta served with passion fruit sauce... The passion fruit sauce taste yummy ^^ Overall, the panna cotta taste nice with the accomplishment of the special sauce. For me, I prefer the panna cotta at Campbell House or LightHouse but the sauce in Cozy. Haha! Nothing is perfect~ Anyway, enjoyed the lunch this afternoon although it's quite rush. A bit out of expectation as we put high expectation on it~ Will visit them again~

At night, I went for steamboat buffet dinner with bigger group of colleagues at I-Steamboat City. The steamboat there is special with it's individually steamboat style. Each of us got our own pot and soup. Their duck & tom yam soup taste delicious ^^ I like it! The buffet cost us only RM19 for each person where we bought it via groupon, drinks is not included. There are some normal steamboat food for buffet choices but meat slices and other special food are not included, need special order. Pay more, eat better ^^ Overall, it's yummy....... will go again next time ^^ Had a great moments with them again~
